Wintertime

Winter in the Allgäu. That means -  less tourists  - more silenc and contemplation.

You`ll  be fascinated  by the fantastic view from your balcony of the enchanting winter landscape.

Walk on romantic cleared ways around the  lake, or upon the lake if  it`s  frozen.  Go skating or play icehokey with other people on th lake or in the ice area of Füssen.  Take part on ice bowling, you`ll get equipment from us.

Most of our walking ways through the forest are cleared and, of course, there are cross-country skiing trails and a lot of ski areas from easy to different nearby.

Have another nice expierience: Walk up to a mountains lodge where you
can get a typical regional food. Then go downhill by a sledge. - I`ts pur fun.

You need some skis ore sledge?  You can rent them here in the village.

You want to watch a deer feeding? No problem, have a romantic tour with a horse sledge.

Not enough?  Then rise up in the sky in an hot - air ballon and have a look
at our winter landscape ! Back on earth you`ll  be baptized with liquor and fire and you`ll get a certificate of honour.

You want to relaxe? Stroll through the old beautiful medieval city of Füssen
visit the very interesting museum and its barokian churches.

And vist of the wordwide known castle  Neuschwanstein  is a must for each tourist.
